Following the adventures of Pat Clifton, a country postman, and Jess, his black and white cat, as he delivers the post through the village of Greendale on the Cumbria/Yorkshire border.

Postman Pat was first screened on BBC1 in 1981 and is still as popular as ever and is on television today and has currently 116 episodes to watch with mother.

THE CAR
The car we have on display is a scaled up replica.

CAR TRIVIA
In the first few episodes, his van didn't have the genuine Royal Mail logo but after episode 8 the BBC was given full permission to use the actual logo on the van.
